أنس لديه خبرة أكثر من 20 سنة في العمل في شركات عالمية، وحالياً هو شريك مؤسس والمدير التنفيذي لشركة حاوي، واحدة من الشركات الرائدة في الشرق الأوسط المتخصصة بالنشر الإلكتروني والتي تضم تحت جناحها مجموعة متميزة من المواقع العربية الإلكترونية منها: موقع مجلة ليلينا، موقع تيربو العرب، الوسيط، موقع القيادي و موقع رائج.
شغل قبل ذلك مناصب قيادية في شركات مثل مايكروسوفت وياهو وتنقل في العمل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لأوروبا والشرق الأوسط. اكتسبت خلال مسيرته المهنية خبرة كبيرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي، تطوير المنتجات، التسويق وتطوير الاعمال، وعنده أكثر من 20 براءة اختراع مسجلة في أمريكا الغالبية العظمى منها في شركة مايكروسوفت.
أنس يؤمن بأهمية بناء فرق قوية وذكية بهدف بناء المنتجات والحلول، وهو حاصل على بكالوريوس الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة ساوث داكوتا وعلى شهادات عليا مختلفة من جامعات عريقة مثل جامعة واشنطن، جامعة سياتل، ومؤخراً معهد ماساشوستس للتكنولوجيا MIT.
